I would not want to use my customer company email account to associate with the MS Office product key, As I know the product key once activated ,it will be permanent BIND it, and cant be transfer, am I right? Alfred, this gets a little confusing Microsoft has a bad habit of doing being confusing. First of all, if you purchase Office Home and Business from Microsoft you will not be provided with a Product Key.
It can only be changed by Microsoft Support. This is designed to prevent users transferring Office to another person. You may like to have a look at this: Microsoft Microsoft Business Standard. A popup will allow you to contact Microsoft Support.

If you have Office you will notice that the licence is not longer there. I would suggest never to use one Microsoft Account for no more than twenty installations, maybe even less. I only have the one Office Home and Business so I am not able to test how the new way of working with multiple installations. The Microsoft Account must belong the person who will be there forever! The person who actually paid for the licence. This occurred because a list was not complied when Office was first installed.
